With corporate revenue increasing at compound double digits monthly, and a supplier network that spans 15 countries and 6 industries, we are looking for a very talented and highly driven Executive Operations Manager to lead the growth of our global Supply Chain/R&D department. Reporting directly to the CEO & joining a senior management team of five, you will be highly involved in both the strategic planning and quarterly goal execution of the companies we run. Requirements • 10 to 15 years of progressive operational and managerial experience managing Operations (including some or all of: Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, MRP, order-fulfillment environment), manufacturing, new product development, Scientific R&D) • Relevant industry experience desirable • Bachelor's degree, MBA desirable (with solid academic standing) in a related field. • Proven track record in the management of company operations, finance, and quality assurance • Previous experience managing a team of at least 20 people. • Must have previous project management experience taking a product through the light-bulb to launch phase of new product development (managing the product pipeline, conducting needs analysis, creating specification development, prototype, scale up improvement) • Experience managing a high growth business • Significant experience with all elements of human resources • Experience with business development, managing new projects, business expansion etc • P& L responsibility, managed financial statements Added benefits: • You have a related post secondary degree and/or MBA. You have one or more of the following designations; CPM, PMC, CPP, CPPM, CMA, CGA, SPSM, CAP, CIPM, CISCM, PMP, CAPM • You have managed in a company with multiple brands and product lines. • You have experience overseeing small package consumer shipping or pick and pack operations. • You have extensive experience in the functions of strategic planning, action planning and budgeting and have been involved in creating or evolving these in prior roles. • You have experience with Natural products, pharmaceuticals or anything with quality standards and procedures. Compensation Compensation for this position is flexible and will be based on both experience and track record of relevant achievement.
